Currently the dropdown menu only indicates support for Kernel versions
'6.x-2.6' and therefore newer PVE and PBS would be excluded from this.
To include newer kernels exchange '6.x' with '7.x'.

I reworded the commit subject message to better match our style guide and
existing conventions and also to reflect that this doesn't only affect the VM
create wizard, as the input field is also available as option for existing VMs.
btw. the qemu-server API schema would need also an update here so that the CLI
and API viewer are not showing outdated 6.x.
