Thanks, v2 feedback seems well addressed and starts to shape up nicely code
wise, albeit I have to admit that I still need to do some more actual end to
end tests for a complete review, i.e. besides the code itself.
A few more comments about potential (not in-depth verified!) issues on this in
per-patch replies.
