As far I am aware, we do not need EFI and/or TPM Windows work in a Legacy
BIOS installation.
At least in the VM installation.
I do not know about bare metal installation, but depend the hardware, it's
all included into BIOS MOBO.

Hi Tonci,
Have a look to mbr2efi.exe Windows tool, this is not a Proxmox issue,
but a Windows one; if you change to EFI you need to prepare Windows boot
disk for EFI boot.
