This patch serie add support for blkdiscard for fast secure delete of lvm volume
and fix volume activation before secure delete

changelog v5:
 - remove delete with discard as it's not supported to zeroing anymore, 
   only use BLKZEROOUT && fallback to cstream if not supported
 - fix last fiona comments
