I've completed alpha development of a Custom Storage Plugin compatible with the upcoming TrueNAS API changes in TrueNAS 25.10.  The plugin can manage VM image strorage completely over API calls.

I've also upgraded the older freenas-proxmox ZFS over iSCSI patch for to be compatible with TrueNAS Websocket API.

The community has shown some interest in having this type of plugin integrated into proxmox.
