Re: [PATCH i18n] update German translations

Pondered a bit on the use of "Paneel". Apparently, a "Paneel" is a very
specific thing [0], whereas "Panel" is often used in more technical
contexts. I think "Panel" would make more sense, given the description
"Element einer grafischen Benutzeroberfläche, in dem Informationen
präsentiert werden und Möglichkeiten zur Kontrolle und Steuerung von
Prozessen besteht" [1].
