During testing the second series, I noticed that a patch seems to be
missing. The pve-manager 2/3 patch even mentions that the rules UI
should be the following patch, but it's missing here and in the second
part of the series. I used the rules components from v2 [0] and adapted
them according to the changes from v2 to v3. I sent an updated follow-up
patch series [1] including this. The second part of the series now
applies on top of the follow-up patches.
