Wouldn't it be enough to not use/show the priority column when the
affinity is negative?

If people need both, to exclude certain nodes and to prioritize certain
others, they can use two rules:
1. a negative node affinity rule
2. a non-strict positive node affinity rule with priorities

Limited to those without priorities I suppose ;)
