[PATCH pve_flutter_frontend 2/7] chore: update Gradle, AGP and Kotlin versions

Bump Gradle, AGP and Kotlin to the versions recommended by Flutter 3.44.

Flutter 3.47 recommends AGP 9+, which enables built-in Kotlin by default
and requires Gradle configuration changes [0]. While biometric_storage
and flutter_inappwebview have pre-release versions with built-in Kotlin
support, stable releases containing these fixes are not yet available.
Upgrading to these pre-release versions introduces additional changes
that require separate testing. Additionally, cronet_http has not
yet migrated to built-in Kotlin.

Although Flutter 3.47 supports AGP 9 with built-in Kotlin disable flag,
defer the upgrade to handle the plugin migrations and AGP 9+ upgrade
separately.
