This module contains the following API endpoints:
GET /route-maps/<id>/<order> - gets the order'th entry in route map
<id>
PUT /route-maps/<id>/<order> - updates the order'th entry in
route map <id>
DELETE /route-maps/<id>/<order> - deletes the order'th
entry in route map <id>
