- remove "PBS" and "PVE" abbreviations from the introduction (don't
emphasize wrong usage of "Proxmox" brand, later on in a technical
documentation PVE and PBS are fine)

Applied, added suffixes to the heading targets in a follow-up as otheriwse
there where quite a few duplicate ones, which confuses sphix/rest (and
potentially browser/users), also reduces the double-space between bulletin
