[PATCH proxmox v2 11/43] pbs-api-types: store: expose max/default retention timespans in status

Include max-retention-timespan and default-retention-timespan in
DataStoreStatus so clients can query datastore retention limits and
defaults.

This will allow clients to gather this information to generate
acceptable retention timestamps without trial and error.
