An empty environment variable is not the same as a missing one. The
entrypoint in the container might interpret it differently:
```
$ perl -e 'use Data::Dumper; print Dumper($ENV{A});'
$VAR1 = undef;
$ A= perl -e 'use Data::Dumper; print Dumper($ENV{A});'
$VAR1 = '';
```
