Ok, dump question, lots of warnings about ensuring
bluestore_quick_fix_on_mount is set to false before upgrading (I'm
upgrading from 6.4 to 7.1)
How do I check what *bluestore_quick_fix_on_mount* is set to, and how do
I set it to false?

There is documentation at [1] regarding the upgrade process Octopus -> Pacific where this issue is
menitoned as well as above command.
