Most license vendors restrict their license server use only for physical
servers, so a simple P2V won't help in this case. This might be the reason
that they are refusing to support you as well :)
In this case unfortunately you are limited using the license server on the
physical machine that it was licensed for.
Some vendors may provide the option to generate a different license that
can be used on a virtual server, you may have to consult them if such an
option is available.
