is it intended that the uuid changes on every network change?
(idk how network manager wants that)

while i get that some of this hunk is necessary,
some of it (the system("a b c") to system("a", "b", "c") )
is not, and would be better in its own patch
also note that we can do better than 'system'
as we have a 'run_command' in PVE::Tools, that can handle
many things (such as shellquoting) for us
