Hi,
I think it could be improve with checking that 
we don't have overlapping ranges in a subnet, like

range=start=192.168.0.10,end=192.168.0.20
range=start=192.168.0.15,end=192.168.0.25


I'm 100% sure it'll break with netbox ipam.
