Subject: [PVE-User] Proxmox booth at FOSDEM 2026, Brussels
Date: Thu, 22 Jan 2026 11:03:06 +0100 [thread overview]

Hey fellow Proxmox users, partners, devs!
This year again, Proxmox will be represented at FOSDEM. The event will
take place in Brussels, on January 31st, and February 1st. If you're are
around, come and let's chat IRL! We will be in the K building, B stands
(against the wall after the infodesk, see https://fosdem.org/2026/stands/ ).
Holding the fort, we'll have:
- Alexandre Derumier, from Cyllene (and maybe a coworker as well),
- François-Xavier Guidet from FactorFX (and 2 colleagues),
- Gilles Pietri from Wolface.IT yours truly, if I don't break a knee
tendon or anything..
- Laurent Guerby from IMT Mines Albi
So, we'll be able to chat in French, English, and maybe a bit of German
and Spanish..
I'm sure some of the devs from Proxmox will join, we'll have some swag
provided by Proxmox, and we'll have a demo setup provided by
Alex/Cyllene running a virtual but rather feature complete Proxmox VE
system, with PBS and Ceph.
Let's share our love for Proxmox and all this community, and maybe.. a
beer or some club mate..
Cheers,
Gilles
