Subject: [PVE-User] Add InfluxDB HTTPS Allow Self Signed Certificate Checkbox And Cluster Tag
Date: Tue, 25 May 2021 23:10:52 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <6ad86055-f525-2212-2575-9f9bd97e7e20@lorch.net> (raw)
Hello,
recently support for HTTP and HTTPS was added for use with InfluxDB as a
External Metrics Server and it works really well with InfluxDB 2.0 .
Sadly using HTTPS Requires a valid Certificate. Would it be possible to
add a Checkbox to allow Self Signed Certificates for HTTPS Similar to
Telegraf's "|insecure_skip_verify|" Setting?
Also it would be great if the Cluster name was added as a Tag "cluster"
to all Metric data similarly to the "nodename" and "host" Tag for the
Nodes, this would allow very easy monitoring of multiple Clusters
without having to make a new bucket for each Cluster.
Thanks in advance,
Samuel
