[PATCH docs 1/1] qm: replace virtio-win download link with wiki article

At the moment, the link points towards version 0.1.285 which can result in read
errors and performance issues with IO-heavy Windows Server 2025 VMs.

We link instead to our wiki article which explains how to get the drivers, how
to install them, and a list of known-issues.

LGTM. It would be great to have this applied, as there are a lot of 
people who run into issues with certain versions. Pointing them to our 
wiki (which we can update more easily) is great.
