applied: [PATCH manager] ui: qemu: cd edit: use asynchronous API

Specifying a backgroundDelay aligns the CD edit panel with the panel
for hard drives and makes the input panel use a POST method for the
API request. Like this, there will be a task, so task warnings from
the operation will be visible, which is useful for the backend checks
about problematic virtio-win driver versions. Changing a CD-ROM medium
is also an operation that can take a while, since storage access is
involved and multiple QMP commands are issued.
