[PATCH docs/manager/network 0/3] remove ASN number

[Cole Hughes]

ASN is the acronym of Autonomous System Number [0], it is therefore
redundant to use "ASN #" or "ASN number". We should only use the
following two forms of abbreviation: ASN(s) or AS number(s).
