[pve-devel] [PATCH docs 4/7] installer: revise introduction

* Describe what the installer does, this was earlier included in the
  installation introduction
* Mention the importance of a redundant disk setup
* s/CD-ROM/DVD/
* Rephrase and expand the boot tip
