[pbs-devel] [PATCH proxmox-backup v2 2/2] ui: sync job: add transfer-last parameter to ui

Adds a new column to the sync job view that shows the current setting
of the transfer-last parameter. This column is hidden by default.

Added an input field to configure the transfer-last parameter for a
sync job in the create/edit view.
