the ubuntu-jammy sources reenabled UBSAN checking a while ago, which is
now hitting a few of our users with warnings (the kernel config does not
set CONFIG_UBSAN_TRAP so at least the system should not crash)

I checked an neither Fedora 36, Centos-Stream or Debian stable have UBSAN
enabled and I'm inclined to agree with them.

rationale in patch 1/2
patch 2/2 contains the changes for the abi-change

Stoiko Ivanov (2):
  d/rules: kconfig: disable CONFIG_UBSAN
  update ABI file for 5.15.35-2-pve
