In QEMU 11.0, a new transitory migration status 'failing' was added.
>From the QMP reference manual:
> * failing - error occurred during migration, clean-up underway.
> * failed - error occurred during migration, clean-up done.
Avoid failure before cleanup by not being able to parse the status:
> unable to parse migration status 'failing' - aborting
Instead, log the 'failing' status cleanly and wait for the transition
to the 'failed' status.
