[PATCH pmg-gui v2] spam quarantine: add keyboard shortcut for mark-unseen action

Since 'S' is for mark Seen, use 'U' for mark Unseen.
Document it in the help page for the qurantine view.

Applied, thanks! I then decided to reuse the same S shortcut later to mirror
the toggle-button behavior this is displayed as, still kept yours for
posterity, as it did not hurt to have that in the git history IMO.
