that is too old. please ensure you have rustc (and the rest of the
toolchain) from our devel repository installed (it's also where all the
librust-* packages needed are, so you need that anyway).

Hi,please do follow the instructions in the link to the README already
provided by Fabian carefully.
The README section `Build` does also cover how to setup the development
repository, which is where you can find and install all the required
packages from. See especially steps 1 to 4...
