applied the acme-rs patches

Note: proxmox-acme-rs.git has now been merged into proxmox.git.
Also, the `-rs` suffix has been dropped from the crate name.

^ I dropped the `Option<>` there and added `#[serde(default)]` so
deserializing works without it.
