I think one needs to install the patched pve-docs generator to be able to
build pve-manager because otherwise this fails with

undefined blockid 'pvesdn_config_microseg' (sdn/MicrosegView.js, line 109)
make[4]: *** [Makefile:416: OnlineHelpInfo.js] Error 25

After installing the debs from the patched pve-docs it built without an
error.
