File changes are done by Flutter migrator itself while running the app.
No manual changes has been made [1].

The current versions of the following plugins do not support
Swift Package Manager for ios:
- biometric_storage
- cupertino_http
- flutter_inappwebview_ios
Flutter falls back to CocoaPods for dependencies that don't yet support
Swift Package Manager.
