Changes in v2:
* Rebase on current master.
* Use 11.1.1 instead of 11.1.0 as the base.
* Add some more stable fixes.
* Make sure to call qemu_savevm_query_pending_final() before
qemu_savevm_state_complete_precopy(). Noticed during testing where
a busy VM could end up stuck after rollback.
* Restore correct error handling for
qemu_savevm_state_complete_precopy() call.
* Add test to cover legacy monitor syntax with old QEMU binary.
See the first pve-qemu patch for most details.
A workaround for libspice-server1 was also required.
For qemu-server, avoid a deprecation warning by using the newly
supported QOM syntax for monitor objects.
