[PATCH pve-manager 15/15] ui: sdn: expose EVPN zones as fabric VRFs

EVPN zones also create a dedicated VRF and can therefore provide a
routing table for a fabric. Include them in the VRF zone selector with
simple zones that do not use the default VRF.
