Applied the pmg-api patches after a quick check:
[6/8] subscription: adapt to multiple server ID variants
      commit: ea00ea22636fd95ce4f1cccceb037a65b231593e
[7/8] utils: drop now unused get_hwaddress
      commit: cd8aa6b2113b1c4564fd9bb99549abc41f422fa1
